Some memories are just too sweet not to scrapbook.

A quick stop for peach ice cream at Wildseed Farms in Fredericksburg, Texas. A teenage girl holding a swirl cone almost as big as her face. A husband sneaking a bite with a grin he couldn’t hide. Simple, local, full of Hill Country charm — and exactly the kind of moment I never want to forget.
That memory became the heart of my project for the 2026 Artisan Stash Hop, and I am so glad it did.
The Theme: Old Favorites + New Inspiration
This month, the 2026 Artisan Design Team gathered for an unofficial InstaHop around one of my favorite creative challenges: digging into your stash.
The theme? Artisan Stash — Old Favorites + New Inspiration.

We each pulled out products we still love — the ones we’ve been “saving for someday” — and paired them with something fresh. Because creativity doesn’t expire. And sometimes the most beautiful inspiration is already hiding on your shelf.
For me, that meant hunting down a retired bundle I had to have — and pairing it with some of the newer products I’d been eager to use. (More on that in a minute. 😄)
My Project: “Peachy Keen & Good Times”

This is a 12″ x 12″ scrapbook page featuring Bevyn and Jeff at Wildseed Farms on October 15, 2022. The journaling says it best:

“A sweet stop at Wildseed Farms in Fredericksburg, Texas, called for peach ice cream and a few photos of Bevyn and Jeff. It was simple, local, and full of Hill Country charm. Exactly the kind of memory worth saving.”

The layout leans into all those peachy, summery, joyful feelings — warm coral pinks, soft peach tones, a little ribbon, and just enough whimsy to make you smile.
Products I Used
Here’s where the “old + new” magic happened:
Newer Products:
- Just Peachy Stamp Set
- Extraordinary Life Bundle
- Bordered in Beauty Bundle
- Banner Sayings Stamp Set
- Sunset Shimmer Vellum 12″ x 12″ Specialty Paper (layered over the ice cream swirl for a gorgeous shimmer effect)
Retired (Hunted Down & Worth Every Bit of the Search!):
- Ice Cream Swirl Bundle (I spotted this on Etsy from a fellow SU! demonstrator and snatched it up immediately — it paired SO perfectly with the Just Peachy Stamp Set that I couldn’t resist)
- 2024–2026 In Color Flat Pearls (from my stash!)
Color Combo:
- Petal Pink
- Peach Pie
- Strawberry Slush
- Shy Shamrock
- Pecan Pie
- Early Espresso
Other Supplies:
- Peach Pie Bordered Ribbon
- Petal Pink and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends
- Mini Alphabet Dies
At the time of this post, select Peach Pie and Shy Shamrock products were still available through Stampin’ Up!®
A Word About Chasing Down the Perfect Product
Okay, I have to tell on myself a little.
When I saw the Just Peachy Stamp Set, I immediately knew the Ice Cream Swirl Bundle needed to be on this page. The swirly soft-serve cone? The peach photos? It was too perfect. The only problem — it was retired.
So I did what any determined crafter does: I went hunting on Etsy. And I found it, from a fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator who was passing along her beloved products to a good home. Honestly, it felt a little like treasure hunting, and I am so glad I didn’t just settle for “close enough.”
Here’s what I want you to take from that: sometimes the right product is still out there, even if it’s no longer in the catalog. Fellow demonstrators, destash groups, Etsy shops — the SU! community is generous, and your perfect project is worth a little searching.
And if something is sitting in your stash right now? Pull it out. Use it. The memories are happening today, and your supplies are ready when you are.
